On Monday 13th of July
Hockey New Zealand will be hosting a live coaching webinar via the TEAMs platform kicking off at 7:00 pm.
The webinar will be targeted at Community Coaches, new and experienced, working in the club and school environment. The format for the evening will involve hearing from expert coaches before turning the control to our coaches, to ask their questions and drive the discussion.
The topic for the webinar will be coach driven. Coaches have been asked when registering to share their preferred discussion topics, determining the focus of the session and future discussions to follow.
The webinar will see the return of the Exploring Coaching podcast
team. Facilitator Jamie Carroll
will continue his key role of facilitator, keeping on track expert coaches Mark Borgers
and Jason Butcher.

Hockey NZ hosted its annual National Developer Residential Workshop in Mount Maunganui, with the support of Tauranga Hockey. The three-day event brought together 14 new Developers from 7 Associations, and focused on enhancing their skills in coach development.
Hockey New Zealand is excited to announce that FIH Academy Level 1 and 2 Coaching Courses will be offered alongside the Oceania Junior World Cup Qualifier in Auckland at Lloyd Elsmore Park, on Saturday February 1 and 2.
Coaches from around the country attended an FIH Level 3 Coaching Course in Auckland.
Developers from around the country will come together for three days to enhance their knowledge and skills to support the development of our Coaches.
