WORKSHOP WITH NATIONAL MENS HEAD COACH GREG NICOL

Coaches are invited to attend a workshop with Greg Nicol to learn more about the Vantage Black Sticks Programme and their role in supporting the local development of players.

When: 7-8.30pm, 13th September          Where: Waikato Hockey Association

Who: Available to ANY coach at NHC or outside of NHC

What: Coaches will have the opportunity to gain insights into the Mens National Programme with the focus on information to support coaches to develop players locally to be best prepared to make the transition into national programmes.

Registration: NHC Coaches (including assistant coaches and managers) will receive a separate registration link, contact nicole.youman@hockeynz.co.nz if you have not received this link! Any coach outside of NHC wanting to attend will need to click here and register via Play HQ. Please note limited spaces will be available to non NHC coaches and it will be first in first serve. 

Cost: There is no cost for NHC Coaches, and non NHC Coaches will have a fee of $15.00 when registering via Play HQ.

GAME ANALYSIS - Drop in Sessions with HNZ Performance Analyst Lead Sam Mulholland-Goad

This session is available to any coach wanting to understanding how to use analysis to support in tournament finals preparation. Coaches not involved in NHC are welcome to attend. 

Please note this is focused on using analysis in tournament, and coaches are recommended to watch the Hudl videos below for information about how to use Hudl. 

When: 13th September, arrive for the start of any of the 30minutes slots, starting at 11am, 11.30am, 12pm, 1pm, 1.30pm, 2pm an 2.30pm

Where: Waikato Hockey Association

Who: Available to ANY coach at NHC or outside of NHC

What: Discussion focused on how to use Hudl analysis to support individual and teams preparing for finals hockey. 

Registration: No registration required - just drop in to the start of any of the 30 minute meeting slots
