FIH Level 1 & 2 Coaching Courses at Oceania Junior World Cup Qualifier in Auckland.

Hockey New Zealand is excited to announce that FIH Academy Level 1 and 2 Coaching Courses will be offered alongside the Oceania Junior World Cup Qualifier in Auckland at Lloyd Elsmore Park, on Saturday February 1 and 2.

 

FIH Coaching Courses provide coaches with the opportunity to take part in accreditation-based coach education programmes that are internationally recognized. For more information on the FIH Academy and Coaching Courses, please refer to the FIH Academy page.

 

Expressions of interest have been opened to gauge course interest and will close on 23 January 2025. Spaces for both workshops are limited, and participants will receive confirmation and payment details before attending.

FIH Level 1 Course Details

Dates & times: Saturday 1 February 1:15PM-4:15PM & Sunday 2 February 9:30AM-12:30PM.

 

Target audience: Coaches who are actively coaching youth and adult aged players through school, club, or association programmes. Note, coaches must be aged 16+.

 

Course Cost: $92.00.

FIH Level 2 Course Details

Dates & times: Saturday 1 February 9:30AM -4:15PM & Sunday 2 February 9:30AM-12:30PM.

 

Target audience: Coaches with several years of experience, actively working with youth and adult players, typically coaching premier, reserve, or age-group teams in school, club, or association programs.

 

Course Cost: $144.00.
