Hockey New Zealand’s Exploring Coaching podcast is designed to share information to support the growth and development of community coaches.

Facilitated by Bay of Plenty Coaching and Development Manager Jamie Carroll, episode two features Performance Network Coach Mark Borgers and internationally experienced Coach Jason Butcher.

Episode Two focuses on Coaching Fundamentals. Jamie, Mark, and Jason share their thoughts on what are fundamentals and how coaching fundamentals impacts a player’s confidence, enjoyment, and ability to engage in a sport. Although it sounds basic, coaching fundamentals is far from basic.
