Hockey New Zealand is excited to hold a number of international FIH Coaching Courses, with something on offer for everyone!
These opportunities will run alongside the Sentinel Homes Oceania Cup in Whangārei, where both the Vantage Black Sticks men and women will be looking to secure a spot for the Paris 2024 Olympics.

FIH LEVEL 1 COACHING COURSEList Item 1
Saturday 12th - Sunday 13th August, Hockey Northland
This international course is available for coaches aged over 16 and requires no previous coaching experience.
It will be led by FIH Educators and provide coaches with an internationally recognised coaching qualification.

FIH LEVEL 2 COACHING COURSEList Item 2
Friday 11th - Sunday 13th August, Hockey Northland
This course is for Coaches who have a current FIH Level 1 Coaching Accreditation.
It is a 2.5 day course led by FIH Educators and includes both theory and practical elements.

FIH EDUCATOR COURSEList Item 3
Wednesday 9th - Sunday 13th August, Hockey Northland
The FIH Educators course is for experienced Developers who lead the facilitation of Coach Development opportunities nationally and internationally.
Attendance to this course is by invite only.
